1. For international ordering, the process is the same as local ordering—orders can be placed directly through the online store or by email, WhatsApp, or phone call.
2. Required documents such as the bill of lading, commercial invoice, translation of the invoice, consent for screening, letter of instructions, and SLI will be sent upon request.
3. Large orders will require a deposit to prepare the order, with the balance due when the order is ready to ship.
4. English and Spanish services are available.
5. Shipping will be directed to your chosen carrier in the USA. If you don’t have a preferred carrier, we can suggest ones we regularly use.
