Shipping and Order Information

1. Same-Day Shipping: If your order is placed in the morning and all items are in stock, we can ship it out the same afternoon, primarily using UPS. For truck orders, please allow 48 working hours for shipping.
2. Pickup Orders: For small orders, we will need 2 to 3 hours in advance to prepare your order for pickup if they are in stock. Your invoice will be ready upon your arrival to save you time.
3. Placing Orders: If you are not yet a customer, please visit https://www.seorders.com/ to sign up, or email us the dealer form for dealer inquiries. This will allow us to create your account before you place your order.
4. Sales Tax: As we are a wholesale company, we do not charge taxes, provided you have your seller permit. We will need the information or a copy of the permit.
5. Cancelling Your Order: If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please inform us immediately so we can halt preparation or shipping.
6. Adding to Your Order: If you wish to add items to your order, please let us know no longer one hour after placing your order so we can make the necessary adjustments.
7. Payment Information: Payment can be made at the time of order placement via PayPal or credit card. Shipping costs will be calculated during order preparation, and we will contact you with the total cost before shipping your order.
